A large government infrastructure agency plans to use Civy to conduct their next external outreach program. The agency will ask residents they serve, questions about new projects they are proposing. At the same time, they will also use Civy to keep in touch with individuals who are reporting issues for all current infrastructure projects underway. They felt that an independent mobile-enabled platform will improve the engagement and the fact that Civy works simplistically, with various language options relates to a majority of the people.
